Damage to property:
We reserve the right to charge individual guests  for the cost of rectifying damage which has been caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless acts of guests to the property or structure. If such damage is discovered during the stay it will be drawn to the guest’s attention but if discovered after guests have departed then we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit / debit card, or send an invoice for the costs for payment to the registered address.

Pet Friendly Stays

If your pet has been accepted to stay at Homewood Cottages please see conditions below:
*Homewood Cottages borders onto a beautiful park and there is also an off leash dog park within walking distance from cottages.
*Cottages are not fully fenced.
*No responsibility will be taken by Homewood Cottages for any injury to the owner/guests pet or injury to any other animal caused by the owner/guests pet during the length of stay.
*It is the owner/guests responsibility to manage their pet’s behaviour at all times otherwise the owner/guest may be requested to have their pet removed from Homewood Cottages.
*Any damage to buildings, contents, furnishings and grounds will be paid for in full by pet owner/guests.
*Pets are not to be locked inside the cottage for extended periods of time while owner/guests are away from the property.
*Pets are not permitted on any furniture or bedding.
*Pet surcharge of $45 applies per stay.
*We are also able to book your pet into boarding with the local vet situated within 1 km from Homewood Cottages if required. Rates vary from $14-$18 per night or per day. Eclipse Park Veterinary 46987309
